Overview
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It extends the half-life of GHRH from minutes to days, providing sustained GH stimulation.
Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 binds to GHRH receptors and, in the DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) version, covalently binds to albumin in the bloodstream, dramatically extending its half-life. This results in sustained elevation of GH and IGF-1 levels.
